Prakash co-founded EMA Partners India in 2003, and serves as its Managing Partner. He works closely with clients in the Industrial, Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors across EMA Partners offices in India. His deep expertise in these areas has anchored numerous searches to identify business line and functional leadership. Prakash has conducted numerous technical searches in niche areas within these domains. He works closely with private equity investors to build leadership teams for their portfolio companies.

Currently based in Chennai, Prakash has more than twenty years of executive search experience, and has lead multiple domestic and cross-border search engagements for Indian and global corporations across industry sectors and functions.

Prakash passionately believes in enhancing a client’s capability through high impact leadership, and is relied upon as a mature and trusted consultant by both clients and candidates.

Early in his career, he worked in capital equipment sales with organisations that include Larsen & Toubro and Escorts. He has completed senior-level assignments for both local and multinational clients, and has extensive experience as a management consultant.

Prakash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
